How to make a complaint
Your straightforward guide to raising concerns with VELA Recruitment
Should you wish to raise a complaint, this may be communicated verbally, in writing, or by email to crew@velarecruitment.com. Upon receipt, the matter will be reviewed and investigated, and we will endeavour to resolve it within 21 days.
